Fresh off the completion of our first project, Paul Butler reached out to me asking if I'd be interested in designing his new book "Business Financial Intelligence". The goal of Paul's book in his words are to help people, "better understand the universal language of business, and will demystify the financial terminology and concepts that are used to measure an organization’s performance."
With that in mind, it was Paul's desire for the book to reflect that simplicity with a clean, minimal design style. We also wanted it to lean into his company branding, which includes mainly a white, green, and black color palette.

"We’re in the process of finishing up our second project with Joshua (a complete book design) after his work on our first project (an illustration). We have found him to be an absolute pleasure to work with—his rates are reasonable; he does what he says he’s going to do when he said he would, (which from my experience is rare to find nowadays) and completes his work to an exceptionally high standard. Joshua has this awesome balance between doing what you ask while also encouraging you to think about design ideas you may not have considered before. As the locals say, “He’s the dude!” I hope and pray we get to work more with Joshua Fleck."
