Poverty Encounter is the educational arm of Children's Hunger Fund. It consists of a 16,000 sq. ft. exhibit where visitors get the chance to "travel" to four immersive environments. In each one they learn about children living in different, real life conditions of poverty around the world.
While working as Senior Graphic Designer at Children's Hunger Fund, I also worked on the Poverty Encounter brand. When I was hired in mid 2018, nothing besides the Logos, fonts, and colors had been created yet. I had the opportunity to take those guidelines and establish the art direction for Poverty Encounter, then implement it across the wide array of different assets.
